When applying to use the Service, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information that corresponds to your identification documents. Any changes or inaccuracies must be corrected promptly.

If you fail to provide correct information, or if previously provided information is no longer valid, we may suspend your access to the Service (including, but not limited to, suspending gameplay or game history inquiries) until accurate information is updated. Users who provide false information or use another person’s identity, causing harm to third parties, will bear full legal responsibility.

Trial members may register without providing complete information initially, but full membership rights are granted only after completing their information. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from incomplete registration information.

The Company is not liable for any disputes or damages arising from account sharing, transfer, disclosure, or lending to third parties.

Please do not share your account or password with anyone. Company staff (including customer service or game administrators) will never ask for your password.

All electronic records of the Service are the property of the Company. The Company will maintain the integrity of your records.

You have usage rights over these electronic records, but such rights do not include transfer or monetization outside the scope of the Service.

The Company shall maintain its computer systems with reasonable security standards expected given current technology and professional norms.

If the system or electronic records are compromised, or if system operation is abnormal, the Company shall take reasonable measures to restore service as soon as possible.

To ensure orderly gameplay, the Company will establish reasonable and fair game management rules and regulations, which you must follow.

Players must not use illegal, obscene, racist, defamatory, threatening, false, indecent, fraudulent content (or implied content), infringe intellectual property rights, spread misinformation, advertise or sell products, provide inappropriate links, or use special characters in account names, nicknames, group names, avatars, or images. Violations may result in warnings, activity point deductions, account or nickname resets, or group disbandment. Repeated violations may lead to a seven-day suspension or termination of the game contract.

Players may not post prohibited content through avatars or images, chat, or group functions, including illegal, obscene, racist, defamatory, threatening, indecent, fraudulent, intellectual property-infringing, or advertisement content. Violations will incur warnings, activity point deductions, temporary suspensions, or termination of the game contract.

Players must not interfere with gameplay, manipulate points, infringe third-party rights, create multiple accounts to disrupt game order, commit fraud, or engage in other prohibited behavior. Violations may result in warnings, activity point deductions, seven-day suspension, or termination of the game contract.

Illegal activities in the game will result in immediate termination of the contract and may be reported to authorities. Illegal activities include:

- Malicious attacks or disruption of the Company’s computer systems;

- Use of external programs, viruses, game exploits, or other unfair methods to gain advantage or affect fairness;

- Fraud, theft, or misuse of points or virtual goods;

- Violations during competitions or prize events, which may result in disqualification.

The Company is not liable for losses resulting from:

- Network disconnections caused by the user’s internet service provider or computer errors;

- Forced disconnections due to war, natural disasters, or other force majeure events;

- Problems arising from unofficial point or item transactions.

All copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property related to the Service are owned by the Company or its rights holders. You may not reproduce, transmit, modify, edit, or use any content for any purpose without prior legal authorization.

You agree that any content you submit or transmit to the Service (including audio, video, text, images, collectively “Works”) is granted to the Company under a worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, publish, promote, reproduce, publicly transmit, publicly display, edit, modify, or use in any other form. You warrant that you created the Works, possess full legal rights, and that the Works do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You bear full legal responsibility and liability for damages in case of infringement.
